Abstract

The problem that will be answered in this research is the role of educators in carrying out study guidance for students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Ulum Pekauman, South Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City and what factors influence the role of teachers in carrying out study guidance. The aim of this research is to clearly understand the role of teachers in carrying out study guidance for students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Ulum Pekauman, South Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City and the factors that influence the teacher's role in carrying out study guidance. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique, namely taking it purposively, targeting 9 teachers. The techniques used to collect data in this research are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Next, the collected data is processed through editing, coding, scoring, tabulating and data interpretation techniques.
