Abstract

Learning management in the educational environment has a very important role in ensuring the learning process runs effectively and efficiently. This research aims to explore the implementation of learning management in achieving optimal learning outcomes. A qualitative approach was used to collect data through classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and analysis of documents related to curriculum and learning strategies. The findings show that effective learning management involves careful planning, coordinated implementation, and ongoing evaluation. Teachers who are able to manage learning well are able to create an environment that is conducive to active and collaborative learning, which in turn improves student learning outcomes. The implications of this research highlight the importance of teacher training and education in effective learning management, as well as the need for strong support from schools and principals to facilitate successful implementation. This research contributes to our understanding of how good learning management can improve student learning outcomes and provides a foundation for the development of better learning management practices in the future.
