Abstrak

This study examines the role of Islamic education management in increasing students' learning motivation and interest in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) lessons in state elementary schools. The main focus of the research is on Islamic education management efforts to design effective strategies in increasing students' learning motivation towards PAI subjects, as well as supporting increasing their interest in studying the Islamic religion. Through a literature review and descriptive analysis, this article explores the factors that influence students' learning motivation in the context of Islamic education, such as innovative teaching methods, the use of educational technology, and the development of relevant curricula. The findings of this study highlight the importance of a holistic approach in the management of Islamic education to create a learning environment that stimulates students' interest and active participation in Islamic religious learning. The practical implication of this research is that effective management of Islamic education can play an important role in improving the quality of PAI learning in state elementary schools, as well as strengthening students' spiritual and moral foundations from an early age
