Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze effective entrepreneurship program development strategies in improving students' entrepreneurial skills and interest in Integrated Islamic Middle Schools. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with related teachers and students as well as direct observation of the implementation of the entrepreneurship program at the school. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis techniques. The research results show that the implementation of an inclusive and hands-on practice-oriented entrepreneurship program development strategy can significantly improve students' entrepreneurial skills, including creativity, risk management and interpersonal skills. Apart from that, the program has also succeeded in increasing students' interest in being involved in various entrepreneurial activities at school and outside of school. These findings provide an important contribution in the context of entrepreneurship education at the Integrated Islamic Middle School level, by highlighting the importance of developing relevant and in-depth programs to prepare the younger generation to face today's global economic challenges. Entrepreneurship is the attitude, spirit and ability to innovate and be creative. Entrepreneurship means seeing opportunities and starting a business. The aim of this research is to find out how the methods used to develop entrepreneurship programs can improve students' skills and interests at Al-Multazam Foundation IT Middle School Cicalengka Bandung. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods, data from observations and interviews, and documentation. The results indicate a good entrepreneurship program, so it will be looked into further to get the best results.
