Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between Islamic religious education, character education, and their role in improving work ethics. The main focus of the research is on Islamic education management as a framework for strengthening work ethics through religious and character education. This article uses an analytical and descriptive approach to explore how Islamic religious education contributes to character formation that supports high work ethics. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study highlights the importance of integrating Islamic religious values ​​in the educational curriculum to create individuals who have strong ethical commitments in the work context. The implication of this research is that focused Islamic education management can be the basis for developing a workforce that is not only technically competent but also moral and ethical in their work practices.
